Hi, I’m Danielle Del Conte, and I’ve been with Young's Insurance Agency since April 2014, where I serve as both an Executive Assistant to Daniel Young and a licensed insurance agent. My role allows me to support the agency’s day-to-day operations while helping clients find the right coverage to suit their needs.
I graduated from Temple University in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Marketing, which has shaped my approach to both my career and client interactions.
Outside of work, I live in Royersford with my husband, Ralph, our daughter, Peyton, and our fur babies. When I’m not spending time with my family, I love getting outside—whether it's walking the dog, traveling, reading, or simply enjoying the sunshine with friends.

Hi, I’m Krista Leach, and I’ve been with Young's Insurance since July 2014. Originally from Pottstown, PA, I now live in Collegeville, PA, with my son, Timothy, who certainly keeps things interesting and ensures there’s never a dull moment around here.

Hello, my name is Bethany Tenenbaum. I am a licensed broker and the Client Support Specialist for James Long and Medicare Specialist LLC.
As the first point of contact, I manage incoming calls and appointment calendars. I often introduce the basics of Medicare enrollment, benefits, and private insurance. I am also assisting current clients with a variety of questions about their coverage every day and directing them to the broker to best handle their questions or issue if needed.
Prior to obtaining my Life and Health insurance licenses, I helped to run my family's travel agency for over 20 years. We were experts on the trips we offered and excelled at customer service and relationship building. What I learned there translates very well to this industry and I was surprised how much there was in common.
I currently live in the Wilkes Barre area and love my wonderful home on the lake, especially in the summer!

Hello, my name is Nancy Hartzell and I am a member of Nick Young’s Support Team. I was lucky enough to join Young's Insurance Services, Inc. in 2022 post my retirement after 20 years at a large law firm. I live in Schwenksville, PA with my little sidekick Cavapoo, named Ginger! I am a beach lover and own a small little bungalow in Marmora New Jersey where I spend long weekends throughout the summer. I love boating, riding bike on the boardwalk, strolling beaches, visiting my many grandchildren, watching football and traveling to “some beach somewhere” every winter. I look forward to learning a new field of interest and the privilege of helping to support all of Nick’s clients.
