Hi! My name is Danielle Del Conte and I am the assistant to both Dan and Antoinette Young. I came on board in April 2014 and am looking forward to growing my career at Young’s Insurance. I graduated from Temple University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Marketing. Recently, I married the love of my life and reside in Royersford, PA with my husband, Ralph and our dog Kali.
With all of the changes in the insurance industry, I feel it is important to be on top of everything and learn as much as possible to provide our clients with the best possible service.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, walking our dog and basically anything that allows me to spend time outdoors in the sun.

Hello, my name is Krista Leach. I was born and raised in Pottstown, PA and currently live in Collegeville, PA with my husband James and our dog Frankie. James and I adopted Frankie 4 years ago from the Montgomery county SPCA. She is Black Lab, Border Collie, and Greyhound; 90 pounds of pure energy.

Hello, my name is Bethany Tenenbaum. I am a licensed broker and the Client Support Specialist for James Long and Medicare Specialist LLC.
As the first point of contact, I manage incoming calls and appointment calendars. I often introduce the basics of Medicare enrollment, benefits, and private insurance. I am also assisting current clients with a variety of questions about their coverage every day and directing them to the broker to best handle their questions or issue if needed.
Prior to obtaining my Life and Health insurance licenses, I helped to run my family's travel agency for over 20 years. We were experts on the trips we offered and excelled at customer service and relationship building. What I learned there translates very well to this industry and I was surprised how much there was in common.
I currently live in the Wilkes Barre area and love my wonderful home on the lake, especially in the summer!
