​Hi, I’m Danielle Del Conte, and I’ve been with Young's Insurance Agency since April 2014, where I serve as both an Executive Assistant to Daniel Young and a licensed insurance agent. My role allows me to support the agency’s day-to-day operations while helping clients find the right coverage to suit their needs.

I graduated from Temple University in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Marketing, which has shaped my approach to both my career and client interactions.

Outside of work, I live in Royersford with my husband, Ralph, our daughter, Peyton, and our fur babies. When I’m not spending time with my family, I love getting outside—whether it's walking the dog, traveling, reading, or simply enjoying the sunshine with friends.
