Young’s Insurance Services, Inc. is a registered, licensed health and life insurance brokerage agency co-owned and operated by Daniel J. and Antoinette M. Young. They are an established family business with an office currently located in Eagleville, PA.

Young’s has been a licensed agency in the industry for fifteen years. Striving to provide insurance options with personal one-on-one in-home agent service became part of their reputation. Being able to offer this valued service while expanding their client base, was the inspiration to form them to form this agency. At Young’s Insurance Services, the staff and agents maintain the principals and personal service that keep the company’s growth so strong.

All the Agents maintain active appointments with a host of companies and are understanding of each individual’s unique needs and situation. The Agents do their very best to guide and assist each client to the best of their ability. Young’s is pleased to say that each Agent at the Brokerage adheres to the fundamental goals that were set forth so many years ago. They work on a client’s behalf to present the best options available at all times focusing on any specific concerns that might be an issue.

Unlike many others in the market, neither the Brokerage nor the Agents charge any fees to provide this service. Payment comes directly from the insurers. If they review your coverage and can provide you with a viable plan of action, then they ask you to purchase the plan through the agency since there is no difference in premium whether a product is purchased through Young’s or directly through an insurer. If however, they evaluate a situation and realize that they are unable to offer any product that may be of use, they simply ask to be kept in mind for the future. Many people find that since there is no difference in cost, the benefit of having a liaison work on your behalf all year round is quite an advantage. Offering this option to clients means that there is no need for them to sit on hold, press one and press two or to explain the same situation multiple times. It means that they have someone looking out for their best interests year round.    

WHAT WE DO  
Young’s offers a variety of insurance products with the primary focus on the Medicare market. Along with providing healthcare options, Young’s has developed close relationships with many doctor offices, healthcare providers, pharmacies, senior centers and retirement communities all across Pennsylvania.

Aside from hosting many informational healthcare seminars, they have also volunteered countless hours in many kiosks and booths. They can frequently be found at a wide range of stores and pharmacies. At those locations, they provide assistance by answering questions for Medicare recipients with their health insurance and prescription needs. They have also helped guide many seniors to programs, which would enable them to receive nursing care in their homes, should they need it, while maintaining financial stability. 

In an effort to be as helpful to their clientele as possible, they also offer additional products other than healthcare and life insurance such as Dental coverage, Long Term and Short Term plans, Travel policies, Fixed Annuity options, Indemnity plans and Prescription coverage.

HOW IT ALL STARTED  

Years ago, at a small gathering, insurance came up in a conversation. A relative of the Young’s mentioned that they both had the perfect personality and attention to detail that an insurance agent would require. The following week, that same relative introduced them to a personal friend and mentor of his who ran an agency out of Lancaster, PA. It felt right so they made the move and switched careers.

After educating and licensing took place, they spent the next several years gaining a working knowledge of the insurance world. Working as captive agents for one company however, left them feeling ill equipped to service a more diverse set of needs for their clients. Looking to expand their client base as well as their product portfolio is what led them to the formation of this brokerage agency.

Now, many years later, along with a wonderful group of people, they provide the best insurance choices available to individuals of all ages. With their primary focus on growth and customer "one-stop-shop" convenience, they are always looking for new ways to add to their portfolio. They are proud to say that, as an agency, they have continued to provide the personal, old fashioned, one-on-one in-home agent service that has become part of Young’s reputation.

Why the name "Young's Insurance Services Inc." and not a corporate sounding title such as APEX or PINACLE or any one of a hundred other variations? The simple truth is that in today's day and age of home computer businesses, while a generic yet important sounding name may allude to a larger than life company, it very well may not be. Certain titles can be evasive and non-personal, basically, a dime a dozen form of advertising. Any company that attaches their personal name to a business takes pride and responsibility in the service or products they provide. Young’s Insurance Services, Inc. is proud of who they are and what they offer and the personal style in which it is presented. There is a history of strength and growth with the company, a face to a name.

THE GOAL

The agency’s goal is to provide quality customer service and coverage from top rated companies. As market advisors first and foremost they provide information on all the available options with regard to each client’s situation. Then, they put together plans that are individualized from a variety of company choices and assist in the application process. From there, they maintain a close relationship with each of their clients and provide constant customer service by acting as a liaison between the healthcare providers, insurers and billing offices should there be a need. Young’s Insurance also reaches out quarterly with newsletter mailings and annually with complimentary reviews of their coverage. Using their “T.E.A.M.” concept (Total Evaluation and Maintenance), they strive to assist seniors and their families with all the details that would help them to make an informed decision with regard to their healthcare. Changes in the market are constant and rapid. The Young’s Insurance Team regularly monitor and discuss these changes, which allows them to prepare the best course of action available each year for their clients.
